This retreat is being offered at introductory pricing, and places are intentionally limited. Places will be confirmed on a first-in, first-served basis once registration and the 50% deposit are received.

Retreat Fees 💰

Base Family Fee — $997 (introductory price)
Includes one parent/caregiver and one child or young person participating in the full four-hour retreat.

Additional Family Members — $498.50 each (introductory price)
Any additional family member participating in the retreat is $498.50 per person.

Payment
A 50% non-refundable deposit will be invoiced to you once your registration is received. This will secure your family's place and the remaining 50% will be payable on the day of the retreat. Trust Children’s usual cancellation policy applies to the final 50%.

Photos & Retreat Communication 📸

A Trust Children Urban Retreat WhatsApp group will be available for families attending the day. This will provide a space to share photos and experiences from the retreat.

Photos, messages and experiences shared within the group are intended to remain within the group and are not to be shared elsewhere without permission of the people involved.

Internal Video Consent 🎥

We may capture short videos during the retreat for Trust Children multidisciplinary team discussion, professional learning and reflection. These videos will be for internal Trust Children use only and will not be used for public marketing or social media. Choosing no will not affect your family’s participation in the retreat.

Privacy & Confidentiality 🔐

The retreat brings together families from the Trust Children community. During the day, you may see or hear personal experiences involving other children, young people and families.

I will respect the privacy and confidentiality of other families and will not share another family’s personal information, experiences outside the retreat without their permission.

A parent/caregiver is required to remain on the premises for the duration of the retreat.
